LTN SHRED FEST - MEDIA ALL ACCESS BADGE RULES
A LTN SHRED FEST Media All Access Badge provides special access for approved photographers, videographers, and content creators. This access is a privilege and comes with additional responsibilities. Media Badges are $100 and do not include your weekend wristband, truck entry, sxs, bike, etc. Any motorized vehicle you bring in to the event must have a pass purchased for that motorized vehicle

ALL MEDIA MUST FOLLOW THESE RULES AT ALL TIMES:

1. YOUR BADGE MUST BE VISIBLE
Your Media All Access credential must be worn and clearly visible at all times while accessing media or restricted areas. Badges are non-transferable and may only be used by the person they were issued to.

2. ALL ACCESS DOES NOT MEAN UNRESTRICTED ACCESS
Your credential provides access to designated media areas and certain restricted areas when permitted by LTN SHRED FEST or Lucas Oil Speedway staff.
Some areas may be closed to media at any time due to safety, event operations, racing activity, or other circumstances.
If an official tells you an area is off limits, it's off limits.

3. SAFETY COMES FIRST
LTN SHRED FEST is a live motorsports event involving race vehicles, burnouts, stunt motorcycles, off-road vehicles, SXSs, ATVs, pit bikes, and other moving vehicles.
Media personnel are responsible for remaining alert and maintaining a safe distance from all active vehicles and equipment.
Never assume a driver or operator can see you.

4. FOLLOW STAFF INSTRUCTIONS
You must immediately follow instructions from:
- LTN SHRED FEST Staff
- Lucas Oil Speedway Staff
- Security
- Race Officials
- Safety Personnel
- Event Officials
Failure to follow instructions may result in immediate loss of your Media All Access Badge without refund.

5. DO NOT INTERFERE WITH THE EVENT
Media may not interfere with:
- Drivers or competitors
- Event staff
- Track officials
- Safety crews
- Stunt performers
- Vendors
- Sponsors
- Spectators
- Event production
Do not enter an active course, track, burnout area, stunt area, or competition surface unless specifically authorized.
Getting the shot is never more important than safety or keeping the event moving.

6. RESPECT DRIVERS & PARTICIPANTS
Do not enter trailers, private pit areas, dressing/changing areas, or other private spaces without permission.
Please respect drivers, influencers, performers, and special guests when they are preparing to compete or participating in scheduled activities.

7. MEDIA ACCESS MAY CHANGE
Certain areas may have temporary restrictions during the event.
Your badge does not guarantee access to every location or activity at all times.
LTN SHRED FEST and Lucas Oil Speedway reserve the right to establish or modify media boundaries as necessary.

8. DRONES ARE NOT INCLUDED
A Media All Access Badge does not automatically authorize drone operation.
No drone may be flown anywhere on or around event property without prior approval and compliance with venue and applicable FAA requirements.

9. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT IS REQUIRED
Media credential holders are expected to act professionally while representing themselves as approved LTN SHRED FEST Media.
Unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior may result in credentials being revoked.

10. CREDENTIALS MAY BE REVOKED
LTN SHRED FEST reserves the right to revoke media credentials at any time for:
- Unsafe behavior
- Ignoring staff instructions
- Entering unauthorized areas
- Interfering with event operations
- Allowing another person to use your credential
- Unprofessional conduct
- Violating venue or event policies
Credentials revoked for rule violations will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT
Your Media All Access Badge gives you opportunities that are not available to general spectators.
Please respect that access.

Be smart. Stay alert. Listen to event officials. Don't put yourself, our participants, or anyone else in danger just to get a shot.

By accepting and using an LTN SHRED FEST Media All Access Badge, you acknowledge these rules and agree to follow all LTN SHRED FEST and Lucas Oil Speedway policies and instructions. You also agree that you accept responsibility for your own safety and will not hold Lifted Truck Nationals LLC, ShredFest LLC, or Lucas Oil Speedway, or any of it's associates, responsible for any injury, loss, stolen or damage items. You agree to grant LTN SHRED FEST permission to access, repost, share, and use photos, videos, and other media content captured at the event for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and future event purposes. Media will remain the property of the original creator; however LTN SHRED FEST reserves the right to request reasonable access to event content and use that content with creator credit when reasonably possible.
